Enjoy this dehydrated meal while camping, at the cottage, or at home!  \nIngredients: Organic Arborio rice, organic soy protein, organic sundried tomatoes, mushrooms (shiitake, porcini), nutritional yeast, salt, spices, herbs.\n Instructions: 1) Set the small sachet aside, and empty the main sachet into a saucepan with 2 tbsp. of oil. Cook over medium heat for 30 seconds. Optional: Add 1\/2 cup of white wine. 2) Pour in a cup of water and cook until the rice absorbs most of it, stirring every 2 minutes. 3) Repeat step 2 until the rice is tender, then serve with a sprinkle of the spices from the small sachet.
